Choosing the right therapist can be a challenge.  We expect that you interview several of us before you settle on someone you feel comfortable with and confident in.  We know we are in an honored position of being privy to your innermost, private thoughts and feelings, and this is why it is essential that the client-therapist relationship is carefully considered as the first step in your process.  Therapy is an investment of your resources - time, effort, and money - and you want to be smart about it.  

When clinical issues are left untreated, they can become bigger and more severe than necessary.  Many people even develop secondary depression after living with an untreated OCD or anxiety disorder.  I will help you on your path to becoming the mentally healthiest version of yourself.

Sessions are held in a private therapy suite in Los Angeles, California.
